The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
-Customized products (e.g., T-shirts or items with engravings).
-Products that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
To make a return, you must send us an email at contacto@piensaycrea.com, including your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for sending the product back.
The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer, except if the product is defective or there was an error in the order. In that case, Piensa y Crea will cover the return shipping costs.
The refund will be processed once we have received the product in its original condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 calendar days after receiving and verifying the condition of the item.
